Job Summary

Provide administrative and billing support to Management and Staff. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, billing and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

This position is initially part-time with the opportunity of becoming a full-time employee with very competitive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Prepare customer correspondence. Create and modify documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software in Microsoft Office.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include: copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Compile receipts and expense ids for monthly credit card statements.
  • Calculate monthly customer invoices and reconcile with accounting department.
  • Calculate monthly partner royalties, sales commissions, etc.
  • Perform miscellaneous computer system data entry.
  • Arrange company functions and events.
  • Update contacts in CRM system (ACT database)
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned such as travel arrangements for executive staff and office supply orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Computer Literate (MS Office, ACT, Social Media, etc.)
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, printers, copiers, etc.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Work Hours

Initially 20-30 hours per week with potential for additional hours based on business demand and employee performance.
