JOB SUMMARY

Due to growth and expansion in the Healthcare vertical, we are looking for Account Managers with sales experience in the healthcare field, or in a high-activity outbound or inside sales environment for technology and SaaS products/services. Qualified candidates should be able to show a track record of success in new business development and have experience interacting with high-profile decision makers, as well as experience in all stages of the sales funnel including prospecting, nurture, follow-up activity through e-mail and phone, demonstrations, proposals, and consultative trust building with industry experts. Must be able to contribute both individually and as part of a team.

As a Healthcare Account Manager, you will report to our Marketing Manager who manages the Sales and Marketing teams, and you will be responsible for new client introduction and acquisition, explanation of data exchange services and solutions offered by NetDirector, first-line question and objection conversations as well as initial investigative questioning to ensure we are a good fit for the client, providing demonstrations and presentations as needed, drafting and submitting proposals, and the other associated tasks of taking a prospect through the sales process. Using your communication skills largely through phone and email, you will identify and qualify new clients to promote the growth of new revenue in the healthcare sector of NetDirector’s business and become an integral part of the team.

After the initial familiarization with the NetDirector services and methodology, Account Managers may be tasked with performing account reviews, customer satisfaction tasks, and expansion sales to existing clients in addition to their primary role in new business development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • New business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling client introductions and meetings; and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to strategically qualify potential clients for further movement through the sales process.
  • Participating in investigative buyer journeys, persona building, needs analysis, and demonstration of the NetDirector services.
  • Manage objections and prospect needs realistically and meaningfully to become an asset to their company
  • Draft proposals, agreements, and more in coordination with management as needed to drive the sale to close;
  • Responsible for full prospect lifecycle from identification and qualification to close and success management
  • Superior knowledge of sales techniques with the ability to capture, qualify, and close;
  • The position relies heavily on phone and email communication skills;
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and effective contact database, pipeline and opportunity entries, and log all contact activity;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred;
  • 2+ years of sales, technology/SaaS, or healthcare sales experience. Experience with B2B sales, EMR/Healthcare IT sales, technology sales/demonstration, SaaS, and long-cycle sales processes is HIGHLY preferred.
  • Excellent listening, communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in using CRM applications, such as Salesforce.com or Act!
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work on your own;
  • Ability to meet quantifiable goals at various stages – initial outreach performed, initial meetings set, demonstrations performed, proposals delivered, clients converted and closed, etc;
  • Strong presentation skills are a must – you will be the face of NetDirector and providing the first impression for our company to prospects, primarily online and on the phone;
  • Understanding of utilizing LinkedIn for prospecting and sales
