Due to growth and expansion in the Healthcare vertical, we are looking for Account Managers with sales experience in the healthcare field, or in a high-activity outbound or inside sales environment for technology and SaaS products/services. Qualified candidates should be able to show a track record of success in new business development and have experience interacting with high-profile decision makers, as well as experience in all stages of the sales funnel including prospecting, nurture, follow-up activity through e-mail and phone, demonstrations, proposals, and consultative trust building with industry experts. Must be able to contribute both individually and as part of a team.

As a Healthcare Account Manager, you will report to our Marketing Manager who manages the Sales and Marketing teams, and you will be responsible for new client introduction and acquisition, explanation of data exchange services and solutions offered by NetDirector, first-line question and objection conversations as well as initial investigative questioning to ensure we are a good fit for the client, providing demonstrations and presentations as needed, drafting and submitting proposals, and the other associated tasks of taking a prospect through the sales process. Using your communication skills largely through phone and email, you will identify and qualify new clients to promote the growth of new revenue in the healthcare sector of NetDirector’s business and become an integral part of the team.
After the initial familiarization with the NetDirector services and methodology, Account Managers may be tasked with performing account reviews, customer satisfaction tasks, and expansion sales to existing clients in addition to their primary role in new business development.
