With more than 25 years of experience in sales/marketing and business management, Harry is working to further extend his leadership position of NetDirector by expanding customer and partner initiatives. These initiatives are geared toward transforming the mortgage banking and healthcare markets from disparate non-integrated systems to a fully integrated cloud-based data exchange. Since joining NetDirector in 2005, Harry has taken the company from a small start-up to an industry-leading data exchange service provider and six-time member of the Inc. 5000 list. As CEO, Harry is currently responsible for general management of operations, sales/marketing, finance, and product development. His main focus is on guiding the company to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction by cultivating an innovative and customer-centric culture within all aspects of the company.

Prior to joining NetDirector, Harry held sales and marketing management positions at small and large corporate environments in a myriad of industries including Mortgage Banking, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Information Technology. Previous companies include Users Inc., a division of Fiserv, Compuware, Changepoint, and PowerCerv. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Moravian College in Pennsylvania.

As VP of Operations, Darren is responsible for enhancing the performance, productivity, and efficiency of the company’s internal processes and infrastructure.  In his role, Darren leads the NetDirector operations team in client support, new client implementations/ add-ons, and new product design/delivery.  Starting as an integration analyst, Darren has been an invaluable resource to our clients. This experience along with over 15 years’ in both the software and information technology industries will assist Darren as he strives to keep customer satisfaction at a premium level.

Allen is responsible for managing software development and strategy to deliver premium business value to our customers. He is driving innovation at NetDirector by guaranteeing we offer our clients technology services that are up-to-date with the latest trends in the software industry. In his role, Allen leads the NetDirector software engineering team – oversees all enhancements to our software services, provides second-line support, and is the primary system architect.

Shane manages and improves the confidentiality, integrity,  and security of our cloud service offering.  He works closely with our development team to innovate and help to deliver our robust, secure, and resilient cloud-based portfolio of services.   Shane is also responsible for designing, implementing and reporting on security controls for SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance. This responsibility included choosing and implementing the right security tools in addition to developing policy, processes, and procedures for all information security functions.

Alexander brings with him over ten years as an entrepreneur and business owner in event management and marketing that have motivated and defined his leadership style, as well as several years of experience in design, copywriting, and managerial marketing positions in the technology industry.

As a former bankruptcy paralegal and senior integration analyst, Melissa utilizes her experience to oversee the client implementations at NetDirector. As the Customer Support Manager, her main focus is to be a resource and escalation point for both internal and external customers so as to improve the overall customer service experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida.
