NetDirector, in conjunction with Firm Solutions, is now offering a Certification Program for all NetDirector attorney clients, their administrative and IT staff as well as any 3rd party IT partners. The interactive program will have attendees utilizing the cloud-based data and document exchange Web App more efficiently and automating more processes in no time.
NetDirector’s Certification Program is broken down into two sections; first, Business Process Automation Best Practices and second, Technical Best Practices. Technical staff and IT partners should register for both sections. Other, non-technical or administrative staff, could register for just the Business Process Automation Best Practices section, unless they would like to learn more about the technical implementation and management of the cloud-based Web Application.
NetDirector’s Certification Program will demonstrate best practices for implementing transactions, developing a Gap Analysis, and popular Data Mapping techniques, amongst others. Attendees will not only get practical hands-on training but will also develop a deeper understanding of NetDirector’s terminology, service offerings and data dictionaries. Upon completion of the Certification Program, which includes participation, all attendees will be awarded a NetDirector Certification document
