Once a customer is in production, NetDirector provides standard support consisting of 24/7 web-site access, phone, or E-mail support during normal business hours for issues pertaining to the functionality of the NetDirector.
NetDirector provides a single point of contact for setup, testing, configuration, production cutover, reducing customer IT involvement and reducing implementation timeframes. NetDirector provides the following services during the implementation and set-up process:
- Set-up on trading partner system(s)
- Data mapping services
- Product and process training
- Coordinate the transition to production
- Monitor transaction process
