NetDirector recognizes that Employees will have suggestions for improving the workplace, and complaints about the workplace. The most satisfactory solution to a job-related problem or concern is usually reached through a prompt. Contact your manager or human resources department with any suggestions and complaints.
NetDirector allows you to communicate your views, and every reasonable effort will be made to address the complaint, accordingly, as permitted by law. Even so, NetDirector believes that open communication is essential to a successful work environment, and all employees should feel free to raise concerns without fear of reprisal.
